A selection of essential oils that smells divine AND make you feel good, the all-natural way. Aromatherapy has never smelled so nice, like, ever.

I'm very sensitive to scents, and while a lot of essential oils would have useful health properties that I would benefit from, the truth is that only a few make the cut into my diffuser or my homemade oil blends. Here's the flowery ones that I love the most, and while I didn't make it a point to only talk about anxiety-relieving essential oils, turns out that most (if not all) of them are !

Moving into a new flat with my loved one in Toronto had me expand my horizons in terms of interior decoration. Since a Parisian or Mediterranean vibe felt out of character there, we intuitively went for something more neutral and design that would fit us both.

Loads of white, beige and cream to get as much light in as possible, while playing with nice materials to avoid making it look dull ; marble, linen, stoneware, faux-fur, velvet..

We're taking our time to fully furnish our place (is a place ever really "finished" though ?), still browsing a lot to find the perfect items and giving us time to figure out what we need, which can only be achieved by living in a space for a decent amount of time.
